Dimension Data purchased Ceryx Inc. to develop and grow it’s managed service capabilities. My team operates as the Microsoft Central Delivery Organisation

In this role I:

  • Oversee a diverse team of highly skilled and motivated technical employees. My team is the central operating group responsible for the overall delivery and stability of client environments covering over 250,000 seats of messaging and collaboration users.
  • Was responsible for the management of level 2 and level 3 operations delivered by a global 24/7 team with 17-20 direct and dotted line reports.
